Jess Wass, the founder of Reworkit, is an innovator in the coaching industry. With a passion for facilitating transformative growth, she guides individuals and organizations towards realizing their full potential.

Jess combines an expertise in Organizational Psychology with her 15+ yrs experience working in high-performing work environments and a commitment to fostering dynamic, inclusive workplace cultures where employees can thrive.

Jess has a Masters in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University, a BSBA in Finance and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, and is a certified CPCC Coach.
